- Album Review: Priscilla Ahn – ‘A Good Day’As I listened to Priscilla Ahn’s debut album ‘A Good Day’ several co-workers walked by and would hear it, pause, listen, and then ask “who is that? I like it.” I’d have to agree with those anecdotal reviews and say that I like her too.
- Album Review: Sarah McLachlan – ‘Rarities, B-Sides, and Other Stuff, Volume 2’It only took twelve years, but the follow-up to the same titled 1996 album finally hits store shelves and does indeed contain treasure.
- Album Review: John Bayless – ‘Circle of Life’ I recall with some amusement and horror of the time that I stepped into an elevator and the muzak version of an Aerosmith song filled my ears. Makes you feel old when the songs of your youth are now elevator music.
- Album Review: Julianne Hough – ‘Julianne Hough’Hough has the pipes, but hopefully her next album will have her taking some chances and differentiating herself from the rest of the pack.
- Album Review: Emmylou Harris – ‘All I Intended to Be’The songs on ‘All I Intended to Be’ are both haunting and touching and are heightened by Harris’ solid vocals. It’s a stupendous album and one that I know I’ll be listening to again and again.
